UNLOCK INSTRUCCIONES:
Unlocking using sever:
1. Power on the phone.
2. Tap 7 times on 'Build number' in 'Settings'-'About phone'-'Software information'
to enable 'Developer options',
go to 'Settings'-'Developer options' and enable 'USB debugging'.
3. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
4. Select device in ADB settings.
5. Press 'Unlock via server' button, write your login and password in window if it will appear.
(Login and password will be saved as default after first input and can be changed in settings.)

Please check your credit history, there is no double consumption on the server

The server does not have information about dual credit withdrawal from your account for this model.  There are several options why this can be:  

  • the non appropriate log.  The serial number specified in the logs on the server is missing.  Check that these are really the logs of the process.  
  • Operation time.  If something happens with your phone unlock - send request max 48hours after job done.  In your case, it's been half a year.  
  • You may have already applied for a refund and have been repaid. This is a reason why the phone with this serial number is not in the database.
